PLAIN-ENGLISH CONSUMER HIGHLIGHTS
NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FIRM: Submitting an inquiry through InjuryHub.com, uploading your accident documents, or communicating with our intake team does not establish an attorney-client relationship between you and Shankar Ninan & Co. LLP for your underlying personal injury claim. Such a relationship will only be created when you formally sign a separate written representation agreement directly with the independent New Jersey trial attorney to whom you are referred. |
THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IS ACTIVE AND UNCHANGED: Every personal injury claim is subject to strict legal deadlines under applicable law, including but not limited to New Jersey statutes of limitations. Submitting an inquiry on our Website does not pause, satisfy, or stop these statutory deadlines. You remain entirely and solely responsible for taking all necessary legal actions to protect, file, and preserve your claim until referred counsel formally accepts your case in writing. |
REFERRED ATTORNEYS OPERATE AS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS: Any New Jersey Certified Civil Trial Attorney to whom you are introduced through our platform operates as a completely independent legal practitioner. Shankar Ninan & Co. LLP does not supervise, control, direct, or share responsibility for their legal services, advice, actions, or omissions. Our role is strictly limited to intake screening and professional referral facilitation. |

You acknowledge that this transmission is necessary to allow potential referred counsel to evaluate your case and determine whether to offer a formal representation agreement.
Section 5: Third-Party Service Providers and Analytics
We share limited personal data with trusted third-party technology providers who supply backend infrastructure services, such as secure cloud storage, encrypted document-signing integrations, voice and SMS carrier networks, CRM platforms, and performance analytics. These backend providers process data under strict confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from utilizing your personal data for any purpose other than facilitating our direct intake operations. The Firm shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or data breach caused by the acts or omissions of such third-party providers, provided the Firm has exercised reasonable care in selecting and overseeing such providers.

The Website may employ cookies, pixels, and web beacons to monitor traffic patterns, optimize server performance, and support campaign attribution. Non-essential cookies will be deployed only with your consent where required by applicable law. You can manage or disable cookies through your web browser’s preference settings or device controls. However, disabling essential cookies may limit the functionality of our secure document upload forms and intake portals.
Section 7: Telephonic, Text, and Email Communications Consent
Providing your telephone number, mobile number, or email address on our intake forms constitutes your express written consent for the Firm and its authorized agents to contact you regarding your inquiry. You understand and agree that providing this consent is not a condition of obtaining any services from the Firm or through the Website. These communications may be delivered via live telephone calls, voicemail messages, emails, or text messages (SMS), and may utilize automated technology for scheduling, follow-ups, or document reminders. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying ‘STOP’, and you may opt out of promotional emails by clicking ‘Unsubscribe.’ Opting out of marketing does not impact critical transactional communications regarding an active intake file.
Section 8: Data Security and Transmission Vulnerabilities
The Firm implements robust industry-standard electronic, physical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your sensitive legal and medical documents from unauthorized access or alteration. However, you acknowledge that no web-based transmission method or electronic database is completely secure. While we strive to maintain the confidentiality of your files, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit all such information at your own risk.
Section 9: Data Retention and Dispute-Related Preservation
Because the Website is operated by a registered law firm, our intake files are subject to strict professional standards, conflict-of-interest checks, and legal liability tracking. For inquiries that do not result in a formal referral or representation, the Firm may retain your personal data and uploaded files for up to seven (7) years or longer where reasonably necessary to comply with our conflict verification systems, professional recordkeeping standards, or standard legal defense requirements.
Section 10: Underage Users and Authorized Representatives
The Website is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 without appropriate adult involvement. If you are submitting information on behalf of a minor child, a physically incapacitated relative, or an estate, you represent and warrant that you are the parent, legal guardian, or legally authorized representative of such individual, possessing full legal authority to submit their personal, accident, and medical data.
