THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IS ACTIVE AND UNCHANGED: Every personal injury claim is subject to strict legal deadlines under applicable law, including but not limited to New Jersey statutes of limitations. Submitting an inquiry on our Website does not pause, satisfy, or stop these statutory deadlines. You remain entirely and solely responsible for taking all necessary legal actions to protect, file, and preserve your claim until referred counsel formally accepts your case in writing.

REFERRED ATTORNEYS OPERATE AS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS: Any New Jersey Certified Civil Trial Attorney to whom you are introduced through our platform operates as a completely independent legal practitioner. Section 4: Authorized Disclosures to Certified Trial Attorneys

By submitting an inquiry, uploading accident records, or transmitting case data through the Website, you expressly authorize and direct the Firm to disclose, duplicate, and transmit your complete intake profile to one or more independent New Jersey Certified Civil Trial Attorneys selected by the Firm in its sole discretion. You acknowledge that this transmission is necessary to allow potential referred counsel to evaluate your case and determine whether to offer a formal representation agreement.
